Customer usage reports, account profiles and more

For Admin users, the Account Profile has an additional feature that allows the user to request a GO usage report for all users in their organization. This report shows for the time period specified:
- Report Start/End Date
- Customer Name
- User Name
- Project Name
- Project ID
- Algorithms Used
- Total AOI sqkm
- Number of AOIs
- Credits Used
Users now have the ability to request access to a project of which you have the project id or URL but are not permissioned to view. This feature sends a request to the project owner who can decide to grant access.
